MMDA to hold dry run of Edsa High Occupancy Vehicle lane scheme starting Monday

(Eagle News) — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority on Wednesday said it would hold a one-week dry run for the implementation of the High Occupancy Vehicle lane on Edsa.
