Andaya named House majority leader

(Eagle News) — Camarines Sur Rep. Rolando Andaya is the new majority leader of the House of Representatives. The announcement was made during the plenary session on Monday, July 30. Andaya replaces Ilocos Norte Rep. Rodolfo Farinas. Also named as acting house secretary general was Dante Roberto Maling and retired general Romeo Prestoza as sergeant at arms.
