Pagasa: Dry season just around the corner

Easterlies bring hot weather

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration or PAGASA warned against hot and humid weather which is brought about by the easterlies or hot wind coming from the Pacific Ocean.
