Aug 14 (Reuters) On Wednesday (August 12), firefighters in the Chilean city of Concepcion rescued a horse that fell into a well that was filled with optical-fibre cables. Local police and fire officials responded to the Valle Escondido Paicavi area with ropes and a crane to aid in the rescue of “Dreamer,” the horse.
