Expect Heavy Traffic With Start of Skyway Project

According to Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Chairman Francis Tolentino, expect heavy traffic as the Department of Public Works and Highway starts the construction of Skyway 3 project, an elevated expressway which aims to alleviate traffic problems in EDSA, Quezon Avenue and Araneta Avenue as well as connecting the North Luzon and South Luzon Expressways.
