(Eagle News)–A heavy rainfall warning has been hoisted over Metro Manila and other areas. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said apart from Metro Manila, a yellow warning, which means flooding is possible in flood-prone areas, is hoisted over Rizal and Cavite as well.
