MANILA, Sept. 7 (PNA) — The low pressure area hovering outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) has intensified into tropical depression, according to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Monday.
