SC dismisses malversation raps vs former PCSO chair Valencia

(Eagle News)–The Supreme Court has dismissed malversation charges against former Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office chair Sergio Valencia. Pasay court junks electoral sabotage case vs Arroyo
