President Rodrigo Duterte confirmed on early Thursday morning that former defense chief Gilbert “Gibo” Teodoro turned down his proposal to fill the same position he held under the Arroyo administration.   Current Department of National Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana would be appointed for ambassadorship.
