In a copy of his message to Congress, the President vetoed Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) Special Provision No. 2, which allows other executive offices of the agency to receive monitoring expenses. Several opposition lawmakers complain of “zero” allocation for infra projects in their districts in 2018 budget

(Eagle News) — Opposition lawmakers have complained of budget cuts in the newly passed national budget. In a statement, Albay Rep. Edcel Lagman said he and members of the  “Magnificent 7” were given “zero budget” for infrastructure funds. The opposition group includes Reps.
