(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed Francisco Domagoso, also known as Isko Moreno, to another government post. Based on an appointment paper released on Wednesday, May 9, Domagoso was appointed undersecretary of the Department of Social Welfare and Development. (Eagle News) — Isko Moreno has resigned as chief executive officer of the North Luzon Railways Corp. In his resignation letter dated Oct. 27 and submitted to President Rodrigo Duterte, Moreno, whose real name is Francisco Domagoso, said he was resigning as member of the Board of Directors and as chairman of the NLRC for personal reasons.
