President Duterte offers help to flood-hit Japan

(Eagle News)–President Rodrigo Duterte has offered to help Japan in its rescue and rehabilitation efforts. Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said the President in a Cabinet meeting revealed doctors, engineers and soldiers would be deployed to areas hit by flooding and landslides in the western part of the country.
