Death toll in Manila Pavilion fire climbs to six

(Eagle News)–The number of fatalities in the Manila Pavilion fire incident has risen to six. According to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp., Jennilyn Figueroa, 28, died in the early morning of March 21 after being in a critical state for three days. NBI ordered to probe Manila Pavilion fire incident

(Eagle News) — Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre has ordered the National Bureau of Investigation to look into the incident that saw a fire razing Manila Pavilion, resulting in the deaths of at least five people. This was after the body of Jocris Banang, a closed-circuit television camera operator, was found in the hotel’s gaming area, the Manila Pavilion management and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) told reporters.
