(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte was “cool” when shown the video on federalism uploaded by Communications Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson in her Facebook page. This is according to Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, who noted that the President was “not laughing” when shown the video featuring blogger Drew Olivar dancing to a tune.
