(Eagle News) — The Commission on Elections on Thursday, Feb. 14, said it had sent “notices” to over 30 poll candidates for them to take down their campaign posters that violated specific rules. Airtime donations for candidates not allowed

MANILA, Philippines – According to the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), the donation of airtime of party-lists and national candidates to each other is not allowed, being a violation of the Fair Elections Act and has corresponding penalties.
