The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) succeeded in apprehending Sandy De Guzman, alleged mastermind behind the killing of Enzo Pastor. The Department of Justice has announced that it had found probable cause to indict for murder Dalia Pastor, the widow of international racing driver Enzo Pastor who was killed on June 12 last year.
