DOE investigates Mindanao blackout
The Department of Energy (DOE) has created its investigating bodies to examine the 7-hour blackout that occurred in Mindanao yesterday (April 6). According to Energy Secretary Jericho Petilla, the said power outrage could have been caused by sabotage.
Power supply in damaged areas
Energy Secretary Jericho Petilla said that it will not take one week for the power supply to return to normal in damaged areas.
