Ballot boxes to be returned to COMELEC after canvass

QUEZON City, Philippines — After the proclamation of the President and Vice-President, the ballot boxes containing the Certificate of Canvass and the Election Returns were returned from the Congress to the Commission on Elections. The security of the Congress re-examined each boxes before being returned to the COMELEC where it will be archived. House of Representatives receives election returns and COC’s

QUEZON City, Philippines – From the Senate, 595 ballot boxes containing certificate of canvass and election returns were sent to the House of Representatives safely for the 2016 Presidential and Vice-Presidential Canvass.
