QUEZON City, Philippines – The Philippine National Police recorded 160 election-related incidents but only 29 are considered as validated election-related incidents. These include the grenade-throwing incident in Salvador, Lanao Del Norte as well as the burning of a classroom, with said incidents causing delays in the start of the elections. Election-related incidents before start of campaign period
QUEZON City, Philippines – A few days before the official start of the campaign period, the Philippine National Police already recorded three election-related incidents, two in the Caraga region and one in Region I.
