El Niño becomes stronger
QUEZON City, Philippines, September 2 (Eagle News) — According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services and Administration (PAGASA), the already strong El Niño phenomenon became even stronger with 99% probability of it lasting till the first month of 2016 and a 77% probability of it lasting till June or July 2016.
