(Eagle News) — Another personality charged in connection with the P6.4-billion shabu shipment mess has been arrested, while another two are slated to surrender, the National Bureau of Investigation said on Friday. Initial information provided by the National Bureau of Investigation said Eirene May Tatad was nabbed in Iloilo.
