Several provinces may experience drought this February

According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), 13 provinces in Mindanao, 13 provinces in Visayas and three provinces in Luzon will experience drought while 15 provinces will experience dry spell this February due to the effects of El Niño. Gov’t strengthens efforts to combat effects of El Niño
