(Eagle News) — The Commission on Appointments on Wednesday, Nov. 28, approved the appointment of Teodoro Locsin, Jr. as Foreign Affairs Secretary. Nobody opposed Locsin’s confirmation at the plenary, which took up the matter after the CA’s foreign affairs committee made the recommendation earlier in the day.
