PNP should undergo seminar before curfew implementation – DSWD

QUEZON City, Philippines – Outgoing Social Welfare and Develpment Secretary Dinky Soliman recommended that members of the police should undergo a seminar before enforcing the curfew for minors in order to avoid traumatizing the children. DSWD conducts anti-street dwellers operations in Manila

The Department of Social Welfare and Development conducted an anti-street dweller operations in Manila, where 141 street dwellers were taken in by DSWD and sent to Boystown in Marikina.
