The public satisfaction rating of Vice President Jejomar Binay Sr. dips in the first quarter of 2015. According to the latest survey of the Social Weather Stations (SWS), from +44 last December, Binay’s ratings dropped to +31. This is the fourth time that Binay’s ratings have dipped.
