Comelec dismisses disqualification cases vs Pimentel

Names of Poe and Duterte, not sure to be included in official ballot – COMELEC

Chairman of the Commission on Elections Andres Bautista said that it is still not yet clear if the names of Senator Grace Poe and Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte will be included in the official ballot for the 2016 elections. Bautista reminded that Senator Poe is still facing disqualification charges and that COMELEC is still waiting for the decision of the Supreme Court before the printing of the official ballots.
