Lacson criticizes DPWH for “lack of planning” in BLISTT project in CAR

(Eagle News) — Senator Panfilo Lacson on Wednesday, Nov. 14, criticized the Department of Public Works and Highways for a road project in the Cordillera Administrative Region that he said lacked planning. Gatchalian seeks amendment to 78-year-old law preventing foreign contractors from bidding for gov’t infra projects
