DICT: Four other companies vying to be third telco player in PHL

(Eagle News) —  Four other companies are vying to become the third telecommunications player in the country, an official of the Department of Information and Communications Technology said. (Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed officers in charge to the Departments of Information, Communications Technology, and the Department of Health.
