(Eagle News) — Former Health Secretary Janette Garin has filed criminal charges against her successor, Paulyn Ubial, over the Dengvaxia mess. In a complaint filed before the Department of Justice, Garin sued Ubial for reckless imprudence resulting in homicide, apparently blaming her for the deaths allegedly associated with the controversial dengue vaccine.
