(Eagle News) — The Supreme Court is holding its second round of oral arguments  on detained Senator Leila de Lima’s petitions on Tuesday. De Lima’s camp filed the petitions against Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Branch 204 Judge Juanita Guerrero, who issued a warrant of arrest against her in February.
