(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte has named a Budget undersecretary as officer-in-charge of the Department of Budget and Management. Duterte named Janet Abuel at the helm of the DBM following the appointment of then-Budget Secretary Benjamin Diokno as Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas governor.
