(Eagle News)—The Department of Justice has found probable cause to charge Davidson Bangayan and several others for alleged manipulation of rice prices. The Senate will now file a case of perjury against businessman Davidson Bangayan at the Department of Justice for allegedly lying during a senate investigation on the rice smuggling controversy.
