The Department of Justice has announced that it had found probable cause to indict for murder Dalia Pastor, the widow of international racing driver Enzo Pastor who was killed on June 12 last year. Aside from Dalia, businessman Domingo “Sandy” de Guzman III was also indicted for Pastor’s murder.
