First COVID-19 patient at Women’s Correctional passes away

Another inmate who died tests positive for COVID-19 (Eagle News)–The first COVID-19-positive case at the Correctional Institute for Women in Mandaluyong has passed away. The Bureau of Corrections said based on a report it received, the 72-year-old woman passed away on Monday, April 27. The patient was hospitalized on April 13 after exhibiting symptoms of pneumonia.
