Nokia moves to finalise acquisition of Alcatel-Lucent

HELSINKI, Finland (AFP) — Finnish telecom equipment giant Nokia announced Thursday a plan to complete the acquisition of its former rival, French-American Alcatel-Lucent during the third quarter.
