Criminal charges were  filed on Friday against the son-in-law of National Democratic Front of the Philippines consultant Rafael Baylosis. The charges for illegal possession of firearm and ammunition were filed against Marklen Maojo Maga, a suspected member of the New People’s Army, before the Department of Justice.
