QUEZON City, Philippines – Three of the commissioners of the Commission on Election will not participate in the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections in October. QUEZON City, Philippines – The Commission on Election (COMELEC) should not allow the resignation of Commissioner Christian Robert Lim, head of the Campaign Finance Office.
