  (Eagle News) — The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has replaced at least 150 vote counting machines as of 2 p.m. on Monday, May 9 as reports of malfunctioning vote counting machines marred the controversial Philippine national elections. COMELEC: Voting Hours may be extended in precincts with malfunctioning VCM
