(Eagle News)–The once-waste-ridden Estero de Binondo in Manila is waste-ridden no more. This picture posted on the Pasig River Rehabilitation Commission Facebook page shows the clean creek reflecting the skies and buildings, something that seemed impossible with the amount of trash in its waters before. Cleanup efforts were led by the PRRC, along with volunteers.
