(Eagle News)–Less than 50 percent of takers passed the May 2019 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination, results released by the Professional Regulation Commission showed. According to the PRC,  out of the 8,855 who took the exams given in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga, 3372 passed.
