(Eagle News)– The man behind the killing of Christine Silawan has surrendered. Philippine National Police chief Oscar Albayalde said the 43-year-old man identified as Renato Bayuban Llenes alias “Renren” went to the Cebu police on April 9 and confessed to the killing of the Cebu student on March 11.
