(Eagle News)–Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana on Monday, Aug. 12, clarified the reported Chinese vessel that docked in Subic was just a yacht. Lorenzana said this was upon verification by the Coast Guard and the Philippine National Police maritime unit.
