(Eagle News)–Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. has ordered the filing of another diplomatic protest against China. In a Tweet, Locsin said the filing was over the unannounced entry of Chinese vessels near Second Thomas Shoal in the South China Sea.
