(Eagle News) — Leaders from other countries have begun arriving in the Philippines  in time for the 31st Association of Southeast Asian Nations Summit and Related Meetings. Prime Minister of Cambodia Hun Sen was the first leader to arrive, his plane landing at the Clark International Airport in Pampanga at 1:26 p.m. He was welcomed by Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana and Rep.
