Drones, unmanned aircrafts banned during ASEAN summit; No-fly zone from Nov 9-17 in Manila, Clark
QUEZON CITY, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) said that the use of drones and unmanned aircraft vehicles (UAVs) is banned during the 31st ASEAN Summit. CAAP said that they will strictly implement a “no-fly zone” from November 9 to 17 in Manila and Clark, Pampanga. Violators will be fined from Php 300 to Php 500.

Plane crashes in Romblon sea
(Eagle News) — A plane crashed off the waters of Romblon on Monday morning. Authorities said the plane crashed 50 kilometers from Tablas Airport. It was still unclear how many were on board the plane, and where the plane came from in the first place. Authorities have yet to locate the plane.
