The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry submitted a six-paged resolution to President Aquino during the 40th Philippine Business Commerce and Expo, highlighting their concerns which include the power supply problem and port congestion.
According to the business sector, Importation this last quarter may not reach peak season because of the problem of port congestion in Manila.
