(Eagle News)—Boxer Manny Pacquiao has said he would initiate legal proceedings against Top Rank Promotions following its alleged non-payment of the US rights for his July 15 fight against Lucas Matthysse. Pacquiao made the announcement in a social media post. Without naming names, he said “all other parties” would also be sued. “(This is) based on the non-payment and attempt to restrict my future rights. Thank you,” he said.
