Black Friday protest will not lead to People Power
QUEZON City, Philippines – Presidential Communications Office Assistant Secretary Anna Marie Banaag admitted that it was President Rodrigo Duterte himself that gave permission on the protests conducted by anti-Marcos groups regarding the internment of the late President Ferdinand Marcos in the Libingan ng mga Bayani. As such, the Malacañang is confident that the anti-Marcos’ Black Friday protest will not lead to a People Power to oust the President out of power.

PNP prepares for Black Friday protest of anti-Marcos activists
QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Philippine National Police (PNP) is preparing for the planned protest actions of anti-Marcos groups on Friday, November 25. According to PNP Chief Director General Ronald Dela Rosa, he has already advised police to exercise maximum tolerance on what is called as “Black Friday” protest. Several anti-Marcos activist groups are staging the rallies to protest the burial of the late President Ferdinand Marcos at the Libingan ng mga Bayani.
