Belmonte, daughter of Sonny Belmonte who served as mayor and congressman himself, got 469,480 votes vis à vis her closest rival 1st district Rep. (Eagle News)—-Quezon City representative and mayoral candidate Vicente Crisologo has been released pending further investigation. Crisologo was ordered released by the Quezon City Prosecutors Office a day after he was nabbed for allegedly trying to stop the arrest of his supporters who were supposed to be engaged in vote-buying in Barangay Bahay Toro.
