(Eagle News) – Early results of the January 21 Bangsamoro Organic Law plebiscite in the five provinces comprising the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) as well as the cities of Cotabato and Isabela, showed overwhelming “yes” votes for the BOL.
